From the ancient Norse word for frog, FROSKR is a new take on what it means to be confident and compliant when dealing with complex environmental issues. Kati is an experienced leader and holds Masters degrees in both Chemistry and Business Administration. She has over 15 years experience within the environmental field and is a Registered Environmental Professional (EP) in Canada, is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Associate and an International Society of Sustainability Professionals Sustainability Associate (ISSP-SA).
Kati has experience in air quality monitoring, regulatory reporting, policy implementation, analytical laboratory operations, quality management systems and auditing.
Adam is the Principal, Environmental Services for FROSKR Corporation. He has over 16 years of experience as an Environmental Scientist within the mineral exploration and mining industry. He holds a B.Sc. in Environmental Earth Science from Laurentian University and is a Registered Environmental Professional (EP) within Canada.
Adam is also a member of the Ontario Mining Association’s (OMA) Environment Committee, a Director on the Ontario Chapter of the Canadian Land Reclamation Association (CLRA), and Chair of the Program Advisory Committee for the Environmental Technician (EVTN) and Environmental Monitoring and Impact Assessment (EMPD) programs at Cambrian College.
Andrew brings a wealth of knowledge about characterization studies, Phase I, II, and III Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Environmental Impact Monitoring, and small-scale and large-scale site remedial/reclamation efforts. Andrew has supervised and managed environmental projects related to ESAs, groundwater monitoring programs, risk assessments, risk management plans, remedial solution designing, compliance monitoring, environmental peer reviews, mine closure planning, mine site environmental operations and permitting, as well as liability assessment for various key clients across Canada.
Madonna has over 15 years of industrial experience in the air quality field, including advanced dispersion modeling assessments, air-and-noise permit applications, process emissions characterization, design specifications for new/changing emission sources, and commissioning of air pollution control equipment.
